The mission of the Mechanical Engineering Department is:
- To serve society through innovative and excellence in teaching and research.
- To strengthen the skills for preparing job ready engineers and competent entrepreneurs.
- To develop alliances with world class R&D organisation educational, institution industry and alumni for excellence in teaching, research and consultancy practices.
- To enhance the overall academic performance of the students with effective technical communication, interpersonal skill and team work.
